Sick days

So for the past few days I have been sick, the browning sick make my fibromyalgia flare up. It's truly an awful feeling and it was the first time that, I have had a flare like this in the three years that Michael and I have been together. So he'd never seen me like that when he came by yesterday because he knew I was sick he just looked so worried and helpless. I hate that look because there's nothing I can do just tell him that it will pass. But the sweet thing is that when he came by he brought me flowers so sweet.
