I'm a 30 something textile artists, wife, stay at home mom to a happy little girl and a modern-day homemaker trying to stay true to my Southern California roots as I navigate living in Southern Louisiana. This blog will cover a bit of sewing, cooking, green living and everything in between. I'll be showing you how to do the things I love and enjoy, as well as trying some new things a long the way.

making a sweater its own
so this last week I told you all that I was working on a new sweater. well its all done but sadly its back to being 100 here in AZ, so I will not be wearing it any time soon it seams. I put my own twits on a patter that is in this months issue of Inside Crochet. doing little changes is a great way to make the same sweater over and over but never truly have the same sweater. each one is its own
