What do I do on my bus to work?

Well today like most days I'm crocheting! It seams to be that on the bus and train are the only times I get to crochet any more. So I have to make the most of it, if I'm ever to get the things made that I would like to makes. I

Hot tea and chocolate end of day

Today like the past few days haven't really felt like they were off days for me, so I didn't go in to my "job" my retail one that is. But I finished up my draped jacket photos coming, put flags for the prayer flags that I'm putting together also photos to come use. Then I got out the weed eater and cut down most of my yard, wow the arms feel it now, I forget how heavy that thing is till I use it. Then I pulled out the spray paint and re-painted the tires that I have as a planter, so that I can re plant some flowers in them. And the chair for the meditation Garden, that I'm working on for my mother. So after I made dinner I thought what my day  needs to end it well it some cupcakes but not just any cupcakes mined you. I make chocolate mint, rum, fudge with chocolate cherry frosting along side of a hot cup of trash from the garden mint tea. But that's still not going to be e end of my day, still some Bead work to do on a skirt, then a hot bath and some more tea and why lie other cupcake, with a bit more bead work before I final call it a day. And don't forget puting this put too lol . It's day like this and the even busier ones that are to come that make me think of a saying I have heard my whole life, ( a man may work from Sunday to Sunday but a woman's work is never done) it's one off the many "old time" sayings I grow up with and in truth I find myself saying them and thinking about them more then I would trutly like to say. So with some more tea I'm off my list. But not with a look at the great cupcakes

Just have to change sometimes

So I made this baby dress for my good friend. After all she had been told the whole time that she was going to be having a girl, well up to two weeks before she was done that is. That's when she was told she wants having a girl but a boy. So now I just need to find a bit of time to sew up something for the little man now. But on the other hand now I have a new baby dress that is going to be for sale on my esty. Take a look around misschastains.esty.com

Dream

So even with 1 million things to do, I had the chance to sleep in a little late today so I did. When I woke I woke from the most peaceful dream I've had in a long time.in the dream there was a little girl and my self for most but there was a guy and I dont know much about him just that he gave a feeling of complete and outer peace. But the little girl sweet and in many ways reminded me of me I don't know just a very peaceful tree. Now back off to some pattern working I go.

Want some me sewing time

I find myself tonight longing for some me sewing time. My life is full of all kinds of change, and nothing puts the mind at eas the way getting you ideas out does. But even the I see all the time I do do mean all the time, ok so not 24/7 but real close lol ok with the classes I'm taking wow draping is so great but at the same time just so much to do. Do a drape, make a paper pattern then make what ever it was you draped in a fashion fabric and sew it up but not in a half ass way mind you it has to be a ready to sale piece. So every week I do this it's great but starting to feel like a lot, then there is my internship where I sew and sew some more and more oh ya that's right sew some more. I love it, I truly do its teaching me a lot. But still with that I'm having a hard time finding time to just sew for me not making something for a class or for some one else but just sew for sewing making whatever comes to my mind. I am so looking forward to sometime soon I hope that I can do just that but I don't think that that's going to be any time soon, as o said lots of change going around in my life.

Low back Cowl drape

This drape is a very low back would be great with a black tank top under it or maybe nothing that has to do with the person wearing, and how they feel in it.

 The way that the cowl falls in this flowing blue fabric just makes it fall like water fall down your back.
